Landscape Review includes over 220 multidisciplinary multi-omics (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, etc.) standards curated by the MOMSI WG.
The objective of the enhancements is to integrate visualisation elements in terms of Unipept’s D3 visualisation library.
Our solution
We performed the following updates:
- Update icicle to conform to Unipept.
- Update sunburst to conform to Unipept.
- Update treeview to conform to Unipept.
This required rebuilds to:
- Update data aggregation builds to conform to Unipept datanode standards.
- Modification of Github Actions build cycle.
- Links to the various dashboard pages also modified to conform to page titles.
The objective is a low-maintenance, low-cost data explorer which supports the WG’s mandate.
Outcomes
We collaborated with the WG to interpret their requirements and develop appropriate visualisations. Work was delivered within three weeks.
